Growth operations partner

The work you carry alone, shared by your team and your systems.

Operations coaching, and systems to run it. We set growth targets with you, define roles and working standards, and bring customer, order, and inventory records into one place.

From brand and inquiries to customer, order, and inventory records. We start with the single biggest bottleneck.

Sound familiar?

Revenue is up. The work still lands on people.

If these two scenes look familiar, it's time to sort out how the work gets done.

Nothing moves unless you push it.

Quotes, purchase orders, billing, staff questions: all of it reaches your desk. When you're away, decisions stop.

It runs on one person's experience.

How orders, inventory, and billing get done lives in one head. A vacation or resignation shakes speed and quality.

We start by finding where work and records fall through when the person changes.

The system handles repeat entry and first drafts. People handle judgment and customers.

Selected work

The scope of work we've taken on, by industry.

All three are described by industry and scope only, with no client names or screens.

Case 1

Professional services rebrand

We organized a scattered history, testimonials, results, and voice. We built the logo, cards, brand guide, and website, and linked inquiries to customer records and auto-replies.

Case 2

Service brand & inquiry automation

We laid out the service's strengths, process, and selection criteria on the website, and connected inquiry records, scheduling, automated replies, and follow-up so nothing drops.

Case 3

Omnichannel retail brand operations

We brought the brand, products, store, and online channels under one standard, and designed interest, inquiry, and purchase records to feed follow-up and sales operations.

To protect client data, we don't publish screens or details of operations-system work. Build scope is described under pricing below. See where logistics companies lose time

What we do

Start with coaching, set standards, keep them in a system.

We set growth targets with you, then define your team's roles and working standards. Those standards go into your customer, order, and inventory record systems, so work runs the same way when people change. Brand and marketing come alongside as the first step where customers meet you.

Step 1

Operations coaching

We set growth targets and priorities with you, and decide which work stays with you and which moves to your team and the system.

Step 2

Roles and working standards

We define each person's role, the approval steps, and the operating manuals, and name a backup so work continues when the usual person is out.

Step 3

Build and adoption

We connect customer and inquiry records, order and billing management, and warehouse and inventory management, then widen the scope as we confirm it's actually used on the floor.

Companies that also need orders, inventory, and fulfillment start with a review of current systems and data, then connect order, billing, warehouse, and inventory management.

Engagement models

One build first. Then monthly, if you need it.

Systems are designed around the problem. Contracts are sized to the support you need.

Model 1

Build

Prove the effect on your single biggest bottleneck first.

After a small pilot build shows results, we scope the full customer, order, and inventory system or brand site build.

  • OS Sprint, a 2–4 week build of your first bottleneck fix$2,000–$8,000
  • Brand & sales foundationquoted by scope
  • Integrated systems build + in-house ops lead trainingFrom $12,000

Builds include handover, training, and initial stabilization. Later checks, data links, and changes are scoped separately as operations support.

Model 2

Monthly

Adoption on the floor and operational improvement, together.

We scope brand & sales operations or operations support around one priority, then adjust based on actual use.

  • Brand & sales operations$1,000 / month
  • Operations & improvement supportscoped separately
  • Sales-channel performance feeconditional

New builds, ad spend, and outside services are extra. Performance fees apply only to sales channels we build and can track revenue on.

The self-assessment summary is free. Prices in USD; the final scope and price are set after the assessment.

You set direction and authority. Your on-site lead writes the working rules. LYNE AX handles design, security, and quality.

We place an in-house operations lead and a backup on your side, and leave behind operating manuals, change logs, and onboarding materials for new staff.

Documents, operating manuals, data, and access rights created during the build remain your company's property.

Progress reviews and response times are set in the contract. Post-build support is scoped separately under an operations support agreement.

The goal: operations that don't stop when someone leaves or is out, and a team free to focus on the next stage of growth.
