LYNE AX collects only the minimum personal information needed to process operations bottleneck diagnosis requests and service consultations. The information collected is used solely to prepare the diagnosis report, verify the applicant, deliver the report, and respond to follow-up inquiries.
LYNE AX complies with applicable laws and regulations on personal information protection and takes the measures necessary to keep applicants' personal information secure.

LYNE AX does not collect phone numbers, resident registration numbers, payment information, or sensitive information at the website request stage.
LYNE AX does not use personal information beyond the purposes of collection without the applicant's consent.
LYNE AX destroys personal information without delay once the purposes of collection and use have been fulfilled. However, where necessary to verify request history, respond to disputes, or manage service quality, LYNE AX may retain it for the following periods.

If an applicant requests deletion of their personal information, LYNE AX deletes it without delay after verification, except where retention is required by law.
As a rule, LYNE AX does not sell, lease, or provide applicants' personal information to outside parties. However, it may be provided by exception in the following cases.
LYNE AX may use external form-processing services to receive website request form submissions and forward them by email.
Currently, request forms may be submitted through external form-processing services such as Web3Forms. In that case, the information entered by the applicant may pass through that service's systems for form intake and email delivery.
When using external tools, LYNE AX uses them only to the extent necessary so that personal information is not used for any other purpose.
If the servers of an external form-processing service or email infrastructure are located overseas, the personal information entered by the applicant may pass through or be stored on overseas servers in the course of providing the service.
LYNE AX uses those tools only to the extent necessary to receive diagnosis requests and deliver reports. If you do not want your information transferred overseas, you may contact hello@lyneax.com instead of using the request form.
Personal information whose retention period has expired or whose processing purpose has been fulfilled is deleted in a manner that makes it difficult to recover.
Applicants may at any time make the following requests regarding their own personal information.

The LYNE AX website plans to introduce Google Analytics (GA4) and Naver Analytics to understand traffic and find what to improve. When they go live, we will update this section and its effective date.
Both tools use cookies or similar technology to tell visits apart. They record pages visited and referral source, device and browser type, buttons clicked and where, self-assessment completion and score band, whether a request form was sent and which one, and language switches.
The company name, name, email, and message you enter in a request form, your individual self-assessment answers and exact score, phone numbers, email addresses, and any ID that identifies you are never sent to the analytics tools. We do not use them for ad personalization or retargeting.
Blocking the analytics tools with browser settings or an extension does not affect using the site or sending a request form. If what we collect changes, we will update this section.
Separately from the tools above, we also use our hosting provider's (Vercel) visit statistics. They are aggregated only as visit counts by page.
LYNE AX's services are intended for business owners, brand operators, startups, and growth-stage companies. LYNE AX does not collect personal information from children under the age of 14.
